Sunday is for Recovery and Reflection from the previous week. Take time for yourself whatever form that might be. It is important to take at least 15 minutes to yourself so you can reconnect to the present.
Reflecting on the previous week will accomplish 2 things:
Look back at the goals and positive things you accomplished this week. ACTUALLY acknowledge your hard work. Be proud.
See what goals you couldn't complete and ask yourself...Why? What barriers did you face and can you control these factors? If so, take this new insight into the next week and accomplish your goals!
