Exam season is coming...are you READY?

Self-management is the key to success during the last few weeks of the semester. Now is the time to manage your study, gym, family/friends, leisure, sleep, and school so you have a plan when things start to get hectic. Here are some tips to help you:


1) SET GOALS. Set weekly and daily goals to what you need to get done to stay on top of school and life.

2) Don’t neglect SLEEP. You need sleep to allow the brain time to process and store information in long-term memory.

3) Know your PRIORITIES. Yes, some weeks will be more stressful with school compared to others…But that doesn’t mean training or other parts of your life should be ignored. Try and find balance in your schedule so you don’t burn out.
